The restaurant BUCANEVE is located in a building in the center of Molveno, dating back to 1613. It belongs to the association “OSTERIA TIPICA TRENTINA”, with a brand granting the use of products and drinks from Trentino only. Gianni will serve you a menu to taste all the Trentino best dishes: cheese with honey and jams, main courses and polenta dishes. You can also taste the potato cake, a typical dish of Molveno. All our dishes may be accompanied with DOC local wines, including ‘Vin Santo’ - a liquor wine, Moscato Giallo or Moscato Rosa. In the summer you can eat while enjoying the fresh air on our terrace.
